One of the most common and widespread applications of NLP is that of training groups. Yet little, if anything, has actually ever been written on how to use the skills and techniques of NLP for dealing with groups. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of how some of the tools and principles of NLP can be applied to working with groups in the training environment.
Each section will provide a general summary of a relevant aspect of the training process along with a few ideas and suggestions drawn from the authors' experiences as NLP trainers over the past twelve years about how to use the principles and techniques of NLP in order to teach NLP.
